Guesty rebrands app for small property owners

Worldwide: Formerly Your Porter App, Guesty For Hosts is a newly branded offering for small hosts and property owners.

Guesty For Hosts incorporates key features including a unified calendar to manage all reservations; a direct booking website builder that creates a branded website; cleaning management tools with a dedicated staff portal to schedule cleanings, report tasks and create individual property checklists; and simplified guest communication with auto-response messaging templates.

These features, and more that the platform offers, can be utilised via the Guesty For Hosts mobile app on iOS and Android, or on desktop.

Guesty’s legacy product, now Guesty For Pros, will continue to service larger hospitality brands.

The launch follows Guesty’s acquisition of Your Porter App in April, when the company also raised $50 million in a Series D funding round led by the Apax Digital Fund. The AMI Opportunities Fund, advised by Apax Partners, and existing investors Viola Growth, Flashpoint, Vertex Ventures, Kingfisher Investment Advisors and La Maison Partners, all participated in the round, which made Guesty the highest-funded property management software worldwide.

New users of Guesty For Hosts are able to sign up for a free 14 day trial of the platform, with no credit card or commitment required.
