Sweden / UK: Property monitoring company Minut has announced a partnership with software company Tokeet.

Tokeet offers vacation rental management software and a suite of tools for channel management, rental automation and owner management. By integrating with Minut, the companies aim to make it easier to solve noise issues, helping hosts to protect their properties and business even more efficiently.

When users connect Minut and Tokeet accounts, the booking data is set to sync automatically so that Minut has the correct contact information for the host’s guests. After checking in, guests can be welcomed via Minut’s scheduled messages and be reminded about house rules when noise is detected.

With the integration, hosts and property managers will no longer have to be on call 24/7, nor will they have to spend an arduous amount of time manually entering guest details. Minut will be able to text and / or give guests an automated phone call on their behalf, facilitating a faster noise resolution and leaner operations.

Meanwhile, Tokeet seeks to develop software solutions that make short-term rental management easy and efficient, without compromising on sophisticated, enterprise-level features. The platform contains tools that are designed to help managers and owners grow their portfolio from one to a thousand rental properties.

Minut closed an oversubscribed $14 million Series B funding round in March to fuel its rapid growth and global expansion. The round was led by Almaz Capital with participation from Zenith, Kompas, Verve Ventures, Swiss Immo Lab.
